Alaya’s notes
I loved listening to this with the group. I had forgotten it is a future self journey. My experience of being in the earth, of the gemstone I was working with, the guide and my future self aspects who came to meet with me was very clear, strong. My experience of the song of the earth, the tone was a strong felt sense in my body and greater awareness. This was informed by the work we did yesterday in Partnership with Light Beings working with crystals, gems, rocks. It felt really good to be able to ask questions and exchange energy, receive support from a wiser part of myself. I’ll be doing this journey again as I work through some project planning.
