My body is still coursing with the energy as I type. My energy body feels different, more expanded, more solid and filled in. I experienced a LOT in the energy while also listening to the words. The words felt meaningful and important while I heard them, although I can only remember the energy. It was extremely helpful for me to take my projects each and watch and understand what they needed in terms of more earth or more sunlight/spiritual level. And how my body factored in. It surprised me a bit what I observed, but I understand a bit better where especially one of my projects is in development. Each one was really different and that was really fun for me, to play with them in this way. Another one that I wish everyone could experience, in their own perfect divine timing of course. This one definitely builds on the one before. So while it stands alone, listening to this one shortly after the one before I think is a good idea to do at least some of the time, if not always.
