Where to start.

First, this is long. It’s 42 minutes. I had the feeling during parts of it that the words were really only there to hold the focus so that the bodywork/energy work could be done. At times my mind wanted to be done. I felt impatient. But I could tell that there was one or more shifts coming, that the energy was working to prepare me for those shifts, and that I needed to lie still. I felt weighted, pasted as happens sometimes in these energies. There were multiple palpable shifts for me at the physical level throughout.

The other thing that happened in a few points I experienced a real connection or aha at the mental level. Things the guides have been talking about for years that I connected with at a new level, including a massive aha that will shape how I create homes going forward.

I experienced rolling waves through my body when it was “finished.” It continued, the work continued for a time. I experienced the completion or integration, culmination of the entire series at this point.

And so I want to say that you can put this one on and turn the sound off. If you do this, do it at a time when you want to be resting. Open to receive the energy and shifts available for you at this time, knowing there will be more layers at another time in the future should you choose to do it again. And then, if you do it this way, you might miss that aha, or those mental level connections. So you probably want to listen with the sound on, at least once.

Just make sure you have plenty of time and can fully surrender, and time to allow the energy to keep going for a bit after the mp3 is finished.
