I LOVE this one! This was exactly what I have felt I needed for the last few days. What’s really fun about this for me, well, one part, is that it’s been so long since I recorded or listened to these that it’s all a surprise. I don’t consciously remember what is coming next.
This felt like a healing session for my mind and body. I know it was working farther out as well, but my sense experience at the body level was having a bodywork healing session. It starts out with a sort of magnetic centrifuge strengthening your core and spinning off anything that isn’t yours. Purification of the mind and the body and energy field.
I remember a discourse on how it might feel to let so much go, and a reminder that anything leaving was never really in resonance with my true self, and so while it might feel disorienting or confusing, ultimately it will feel better and more like me, like home.
When the crystals came in it felt SOOOO good. The pure clear energy was palpable for me and I felt like a hungry child, drinking in all that pure clarifying energy as much as I needed and wanted. I had another opportunity to release beliefs and thoughts that weren’t serving me, and then to open to receive those that are in alignment with who I am becoming. This all felt like being able to breathe, to relax, to expand in just the right way and just the right amount.
It reminded me of how when we are in the void things are dark and confusing, sometimes uncomfortable. But that in that space, we are readying and opening for beautiful new things, better matching things, things and ways of being that are more who we are at core. This journey felt like a gentle loving midwife, helping me find those higher pathways, and helping me to trust and open and move into those higher flows in the perfect divine timing for all of me.
