Alaya’s notes
Quirky and powerful. This one has a very long tail. Meaning that I sat for quite a while as my system continued to receive, integrate and organize the shifts available from this journey. I marvel at how much is in each journey, each one it’s own healing session or vast, deep instruction.

One of the things I am encouraging my students more and more to experiment with is to rest and integrate until the energy releases them. Often the energy is still working through when the journey sounds are over. Allowing yourself to let that fully complete can be useful to support your optimal integration and digestion. Notice how your mind wants to shift away from that restful place, to be busy, to engage. Just notice how your mental body might want to set up again, and see if you can stay soft and connected as you transition back into being verbal, into thinking. It can be useful to take a few notes while you are still and quiet, coming back into your more normal waking consciousness.

Mostly I was tracking and experiencing the energy of this one as my mind danced along the images and river of the words. If you are more of a beginner, these journeys will challenge your mind to let go and allow the images, the words to play alongside all the other sensations, experiences and shifts that are available that you can open to receive each time.

An “illumined mind is just your mind without the stuff,” is one of the thoughts here, and this informs the title. There is a lot here.
