Alaya’s notes
This one felt very intense today. And as we were in it I felt the importance and the opportunity in this journey to keep opening and expanding, to keep stretching into what you are able to hold and receive. This stretch and surrender into allowing and opening was amplified by the fact we had just completed Soul Love Embodied, which in itself was a lot to open to receive.

I found myself needing to surrender more and more as the intensity built. And I could see all the babies, yours and many many more on the inner planes who are loving this energy and the consciousness play and exploration around procreation. Your partners, your own higher selves, all the beings in the realms of light. But also the weight and power of our connection in the body of the earth. Our individual connections, yes, how that feels to me personally, but also our collective shared connection in the body of the earth and how powerful that is. And how potent it felt to connect that with the Divine Self, starlight, sun, soul, etc., higher levels. The solid trunk, the deep roots, and the expansive branches.

Powerful! And especially powerful to do it together today in our Zoom group!!
