These notes highlight some aspects of the session from my perspective but are not everything. I encourage participants to write their own experiences first, before reading mine. That said, it can be helpful to read past nrg session experiences to get a sense of the kinds of things that can happen, and ways to focus your awareness and attention.

The guides and I start off every session connecting with each of you at the Divine Self level and with your guides, so that you can use the opportunities to your greatest advantage for your own healing, growth and evolution, and for the greatest good of all.

There is a LOT of harmony among us now as we have been meeting outside of the nrg sessions in groups and classes and as we have been doing these nrg sessions now together for some months. Choose a great focus for today, and enjoy!
Alaya’s Notes
It’s so tempting to read what you all have written before posting mine! The temptation is real. :) But I wont for purity’s sake. I don’t have a lot to say. This session felt different, like sitting with a stuck place for a really long time and then finally breaking through to clarity at the end.
As per usual, the guides and I connected with each of you at the soul level and higher and also with your guides who showed up to contribute and support you. I found your triangle and partner configurations, which felt easy and stable. We connected with Nature—in particular in my awareness this time whales, sharks, ferns and palm trees, and then gems and mineral kingdom. Rose quartz came first and then it felt like other gemstones. And mountains. As I type I’m hearing rushing water like rapids in a stream and seeing a waterfall.
Towards the end I was aware personally of being in the akashic records and completion. I’ve been working a lot on releasing old roles and projection matrices from my FOO and my sense was there was completion here. That I sloughed off and am handing back any roles I may have held or played. With gratitude for what I learned and achieved for having had them but also handing them back to the lineage for others to wear and learn from.
