Pre-Session Note
A couple things I have been actively working on that you may have been actively working on also, or may not be tuned to that you might want to encompass with your awareness for today but also in your personal work on your own, if it resonates:
Evolving the solar plexus energy.
Including, lifting to the heart, working with the attachments to others you may or may not consciously have old agreements about power struggles or giving and taking. I say taking b/c it’s very different from receiving.
This is work that many of us have been up to for a very long time. And recently it came to the forefront in my own personal work to apply my focus and skills to again with intention and commitment.
You could notice a need for this in a lot of ways. Stomach problems, digestive issues, or an onslaught of thoughts— a telepathic barrage of chaos or confusion where it’s hard for you to find your center. Other ways, leaking energy, exhaustion. No shame here! Please. We are researchers and came to this dimension to experience all of this. You don’t have to shift any of this, you are perfect as you are, but tune in and see if this is an important step for you at this time. Likely it is for at least one of you, as I’m guided to point your awareness there and include this as part of the group notes.
You may have your own resources for this. Human clinics may be a wonderful resource. Many of the journeys and courses in the Alaya universe will address these things. Forgiveness, No Part Left Behind, Navigating New Flows, SAS I and II, Becoming Joy from the free streaming ones. Probably all but those are the ones that come to mine. Additional resource recommendation in your pre-session email from me. :)
If you have work at a mass consciousness level, you will need to address this at some point if you haven’t already. If you have work at a mass consciousness level, then you also have guides that are part of your “team.” Ask them to help you.
Healing, reconnecting broken electrical circuits in the body. Recent and chronic.
I am confident we will be doing this in this session. Although I don’t usually like to predict or get ahead of myself about what we’ll be working on because I can be wrong about that. I know that this work is something I will be focused on for the coming months if not years. We’ll see.
Circuits can be broken or damaged from trauma or illness.
Your Team of Beings of Light.
Recently, a Master that I have not worked with consciously in this lifetime (in fact I had to google him after I realized who it was) came into my conscious awareness and I have been working with him daily. The gift he gave me and his expertise is related to next steps with my World Service.
In the recent privates, the guides and I have been facilitating a similar type of connection between clients and the Masters or guides that are next for them to be working with consciously.
The Master that came through that I am working with is NOT the same being or Master that is coming through in privates for other people.
What is happening, is that a guide or Master that is next for that person, related to next learning or world service for my client is coming through.
I have not seen the Master I am working with come through for anyone else, and the Masters coming through for clients are not the one/s working with me.
If you recently had a private and a new guide, Master or gift came through for you, please ask if there is something in this session to assist you in your work with them. If you have not had a private or did not have this in your private, just see if there is a new guide or Master, a new gift from a current guide, or some other evolution in your relationship with your team of light beings.
Group Notes from Alaya
Good morning, afternoon. I’m going to jot a few things down so I don’t forget.
Again as has been happening, it’s taking me a while to ramp into these sessions. It’s nothing you need to really be aware of, it’s just my noticing. I opened the session at 10am EST, and then needed to revise the note I’d sent you pre-session, realizing it wasn’t as clear as it needed to be. I think I heard one of you chewing on it and trying to make sense of it, so thank you for that telepathic memo. LOL.
I have been fine tuning the space. You are all “in” as Self, Soul, Guides and Divine Self etc. We have all the Masters, star systems, earth, sun, Shamballa, The Divine Will and plan for humanity, Earth and All of Life, etc. I’ve also connected with the ley line masters and councils of each of your locations, first specifically your location, but then your city, greater metropolitan area, state, country and then continent. And of course, all of the body and consciousness of the Earth.
If you embrace all of that, just that little bit I’ve shared thus far, you may have a renewed or deeper appreciation or clear sense of the potential of these sessions not only for you personally, but as an aspect of your World Service. To come into alignment with, to clarify, to amplify your connections and alignments with your World Service and all components, but also as simply participating and joining consciously in these sessions. Simply by joining with your personal focus, you are contributing to the highest and best for all of life on this Earth and beyond, in your personal ecosystem, as well as our shared ecosystems. For example, if you are a mom and your focus is your parenting or gestating or conceiving and bringing a child into this world, that is plenty. You are contributing so much to the collective especially actively joining this kind of evolutionary flow and conscious co-creative opportunity. You can apply that to your own intention. It’s enough to just focus on yourself in these sessions. And there is so much richness in and around that for you and for all. Thank you.

In the intentions you send, when you state qualities you wish to focus on or amplify, I actively weave them into the vortex if and as I’m guided, and everyone benefits.
Qualities of Harmony. Joy. Celebration. Beauty.
Celebration—tune into that quality. Imagine a scene that is familiar to you, make it up or a time from your past when you really celebrated. Now think of something you are intending to create or experience, and port that feeling over. Feel, imagine a scene celebrating your accomplishment or creation.
Grace, Safety, Belonging, Clarity, Purpose, Bliss, Honor, Respect, Truth, Stability, Vitality, Cherishing, Nurturing, Strength, Support, Self-Love, Ease, Freedom, Alignment, Flow, Gratitude.
Remembering that stability can be dynamic, like a standing wave or a buoy that bobs up and down but is in a stable way of being. Stable doesn’t mean fixed.

In the big nrg vortex, I spent quite a bit of time with each of you. If you are in a pair or family, we worked with you individually and then also as a pair or family.
I am about to go through your intentions again and send you audio notes personally.
There was so much going on in this session as usual, the energy and session is still going on.
While I’m sure there are themes, this felt very tailored to each of your next evolutionary steps. So the theme would be preparing, releasing, coming into alignment, growth, settling, becoming. All of this in the context of all of the much larger flows and containers, in accordance with the Divine Will and the Divine Plan for Humanity, for you personally, and the One Work of Light.
The littles and babies to be were very present in terms of coordination, rhythm and timing. Like a combination lock turns to open, so many factors considered to get everything lined up in time and space. Considering everyone’s Purpose, free will, optimal conditions for all an for the fulfillment of their Purpose in light of the conditions of your life and here on Earth.
