Pre-session notes.
So much is coming through. And abundance of shifts, insight, of Divine Grace and Love.
What happened for you in the last 24 hours? Since you signed up?
How is what is showing up for you pointing you towards Love? Inward toward your genius, your self-love, your authentic place from which to connect and offer love to others through your Purpose, World Service, daily choices, movements, and relationships?
There is such a tailwind and field of support for releasing the restrictions or blocks to Love, to see the Truth, and to fill in with Love.
I am really looking forward to reading all of your intentions thoroughly and exploring the vortex, the field, the flows available for us each and all today.
A suggestion, a note. A story to inspire your engagement.
In these sessions, as I read your intentions there are multiple things going on. I am in connection with my guides and your guides. My Divine Self and Yours. I am including everything I can feel, sense, perceive, understand and resonate with regarding you and your intentions.
I bring all of that and hold it very steady with the light of your Divine Self, Soul and Guides, and in the presence and field that I invoke of Masters, Guides and many, many beings of light.
As I do this, I may come up with a question. My mind loves to solve problems. I am extremely creative. I’ll get really curious about solutions, creative flows and ways to love and support you.
Through the group notes and the individual notes that are offered at this time, my human self acts as a bridge between the energies and what we share as Humans—a mind, words, feelings, bodies. This may be important for you so that you can feel, find, think about and find access points into the larger flows and possibilities available. Many of you do this beautifully for yourselves. My contribution may be validating, or opening the door a little bit more, or a different perspective on what you already perceived that helps create more clarity or peace.
This happened in the last session in a very cool way. And I want to share it because it’s a gorgeous illustration of the creative process when we co-create with our own Divinity, when we are connected with one another through Divine Love, when we share our gifts, when we trust one another, and when we offer no resistance.
As I ruminated on a creative idea, a “how” to support a tiny human in optimal ways to be present at the birth of her sibling, in ways that take the whole family higher, create harmony and full-bodied welcoming for the new baby, in ways that would be safe and comfortable, meaningful for her and all… As I intended the family field expansion and safe arrival, as the guides and I and the baby and the mom and whole family in the session at these levels of Divine Self, Soul, body, more to co-create a beautiful birthing field and vortex… during the flow a vision came of a simple shared activity that mom and child could do together. And what happened next is magic, co-creation, and gorgeous. I shared the idea and vision with her mother and she took it and ran with it.
What they created is more than I envisioned. A Divine co-creation born from Love. Stunning and gorgeous. It’s something the family was able to create together that is tangible, that can be present at the birth, and that they will have forever.
This idea came forth in the Human Clinic because I had met her intentions and taken them to heart. Think about that phrase. Taken to heart. Literally. I was so curious about how a tiny human might experience a birth, what might help that be fun and safe and wondrous, how can she join that stream of creation and contribute in a way her personality could comprehend, not only as she has been at the energy levels. Something age appropriate, something she is a part of creating. As I entered the session focused my mind on the question, with deep love for this family, creativity came through. And because this idea came from such a pure place, and because this family is so in resonance with the Divine, there was no resistance. Just love and creativity and embracing and joy.
You know how it feels to be received. When you create a meal that is enjoyed. When your child delights in words you say or thrives because of what you taught them. When your partner recognizes your unique genius and holds you steady in their loving gaze. When your World Service is celebrated and enjoyed and makes a real difference for someone or many someones.
It is truly joyful, deeply satisfying to be received. That is my deep truth. When someone can receive your idea, your love, your contribution and use it to grow, evolve, to love, to create—how does that feel for you?
Maybe you are a mom, or a manager, a teacher, or a doctor or a nurse, a creator, a photographer, an artist, an entrepreneur, a builder. And you are sincerely always seeking ways to give your Love and be received. To contribute. To bring forth your genius ideas into the world and see them in action. For others to enjoy them. To do your best. To shine. For your Love to flow, to connect and make a difference. Maybe you have poured your heart and soul into a property that healed yourself, the property, and paved the way for a new owner to receive what is next for them? Maybe you are a baby or a tiny human and have brought into this life the fullness of your love, light and wisdom into this dimension to share and to be received and to know love.
Who will receive you?
How will your love flow out and be met? Who will recognize the opportunity to connect and open to receive your Love?
How does it feel to be seen and received? To be known? To be valued? To be loved?
How do you imagine your soul, higher self, Divine Self, guides feel when you receive their love and act on the guidance you receive, without resistance?
Can you imagine or feel the celebration when you receive and use that love to create, to heal, to grow?
Now…
Can you imagine the volume of creativity, of human love, of Divine Love that is flowing in these sessions?

Do you believe in your soul, your own mind and creativity? Your ability to pick up, say yes, and actualize what comes through?
Consider:
Read your own intentions with eyes of love. Get curious about creative ideas, solutions, win-win opportunities. Feel love for yourself as I love you. Feel love for yourself as your soul and guides and the Divine loves you.
Do this before you lie down to receive.
When you embrace and work with your own intentions, how can you engage your mind, your heart and open to receive creative ideas and solutions from the very high resonance states of Being you are marinating in during this session.
The energy is all day. It’s the day before. It starts when you commit and sign up. You are in it right now.
The pathway opens of giving and receiving in a pure way when you decide, commit, and release energy from your human reality, your heart to mine in the form of payment—an energy exchange that honors us both and allows your system to open to receive the volume of energy that flows back to you.
Can you see how the connection from the higher states of being anchors in and can flow through this connection of pure love and commerce? Imagine it. Take a breath. Imagine how the heart connection between you and me, our resonance helps to ground, stabilize, harmonize and make real the healing energies, the love and creativity so it’s made real for you at the human level?
In this Human Clinic exchange you might feel or say something like,
I commit. I choose.
I open my heart and connect with this flow of love and power.
I open to Love and Divine Grace.
I open to my own Greatness.
I open to the Earth and Sun and Beyond.
I will receive what is mine, and I will use it to grow.
I will use it to create.
I will use it to heal.
Miracles are Love in action.
This Human Clinic is an actualization of this idea.
Human Clinic IS Love in action.
I am open to receive and create miracles for myself and others.
I am full of gratitude.
I honor myself at all my levels.
I honor the others who co-create this field of Love.
I honor Alaya.
I honor the guides, Masters, Beings of Love and Light who participate in Human Clinic.
I honor all of life.
And so it is.
It’s real substance I am invoking for us today.
You have the opportunity to engage it however you choose.

I am still going through, reading, energizing your intentions. They are so beautiful and it’s such an honor to connect with you and your soul, Divine Self, your levels of awesomeness through and through. I feel blessed and lucky.
Messy Yummy Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cups
The energy is strong and I started craving chocolate. Do you crave chocolate on Clinic days too? I want to take a silly break to share my latest quick treat which is SO easy to do and I feel like sharing.
A week ago I was craving chocolate and didn’t have any. My mind got to work and soon I realized, actually I did have what I needed!
In a few minutes, I made something that has become a favorite grabbable healthy treat. I’m mildly obsessed.
Ready?
melt chocolate chips. I use vegan dark chocolate chips from the co-op. Any you like will work.
make or buy almond butter (or peanut or cashew or any)
get out muffin tins and muffin baking cups
fill the muffin cups with a layer of melted chips. slowly rotate the whole muffin tin so the chocolate coats the sides a bit
put in the freezer
once the chocolate is hard again, spread on your almond butter or other as you choose
back in the freezer for a bit
pour or spread on the remaining chocolate
put it back in the freezer
let it harden and enjoy! Pull out treats from the freezer all week. :)
I sometimes add sea salt or vanilla extract (homemade) or maple syrup to the chocolate. I once added homemade cashew milk to the chocolate, which was fine b/c I keep them in the freezer. One time I did not have almond butter so I blended up cashews and dates and sea salt and it came out like a nougat! Fun. Try whatever floats your boat.
p.s. they are really hard coming right out of the freezer, so I usually pull one out ahead of time and let it warm up a bit.
