Today we took a drive to Carnac for the day. The place was PACKED even though it is Easter Sunday. At first I thought everyone was there as we were, for the standing stones. But it turns out everyone was there for a big market! Luckily we found parking, enjoyed the market, strolled along some local shops, and then made our way to the stones. The stones in Carnac are literally walkable from town. I had expected a drive to a faraway site, but no. There are tons of them and all walkable. There were a bunch of sheep grazing in one of the stone enclosures.
